Terms & Conditions
By purchasing, registering for, accessing, or participating in any class, membership, subscription, product, digital resource, community, or offer from The Maker Beehive, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions clarify The Maker Beehive’s existing payment, subscription, cancellation, refund, access, community, and content policies.
The Maker Beehive
The Maker Beehive is owned and operated by Jennifer Chamberlin. Throughout these Terms & Conditions, “The Maker Beehive,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Maker Beehive, Jennifer Chamberlin, and any administrators, contractors, or representatives working on behalf of The Maker Beehive.
“You,” “member,” “student,” or “customer” refers to any person who visits the website, purchases a class, joins a membership, participates in a community, accesses digital content, or otherwise uses The Maker Beehive services.
Important Payment Terms
All classes, memberships, subscriptions, digital products, and offers are priced in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
The Maker Bees membership is a subscription-based membership. Monthly and yearly membership payments recur automatically until you cancel.
All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- monthly membership payments
- yearly membership payments
- membership renewals
- payments made in full
- class purchases
- digital products
- workshops
- special offers
- bundles
- archived classes
- maintenance fees
- subscription payments
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation does not create a refund or prorated refund for payments already made.
You are responsible for managing your subscription, including keeping your payment information current and cancelling before your next billing date if you do not wish to continue.
Memberships and Subscriptions
If you purchase a monthly or yearly membership, you understand and agree that your membership will renew automatically according to the billing schedule selected at checkout.
Monthly memberships renew monthly until canceled.
Yearly memberships renew yearly until canceled.
Membership payments are not one-time class purchases unless explicitly stated. Membership access continues until canceled, removed, or otherwise ended according to these Terms & Conditions.
Membership access, class libraries, archives, community features, included resources, and member benefits may change over time. The Maker Beehive reserves the right to update, remove, replace, or substitute content, classes, resources, or benefits at any time.

No refunds or prorated refunds will be issued when a membership is canceled.
