I’ve always been drawn to experimenting with creative projects and figuring things out as I go. I spent years creating on my own, learning through trial and error, and enjoying the process even when things didn’t turn out perfectly.

But something was missing.

Whenever I made something a little unconventional like an altered doll, a junk journal, or a thrifted item given new life, I wished I had people around me who understood that kind of joy.

That’s why I created The Maker Beehive.

It’s a community of women who love exploring creativity together. Women who value encouragement over perfection, curiosity over rules, and showing up as they are. Here, giving old things new life isn’t unusual, it’s celebrated.

A guided collage class focused on play, exploration, and personal style.

Each month we gather to create collage together using paper, junk mail, and found materials. I walk you through the process step by step while encouraging experimentation, curiosity, and imperfect choices.

What’s included:

PAINTING

A relaxed painting session designed to build confidence and comfort with paint.

These classes focus on loosening up, layering, and learning to trust your instincts. We paint together with gentle structure that helps you finish your work without getting stuck in perfectionism.

What’s included:

  • One live painting class each month

  • Techniques you can adapt to your own style

  • Replay access to paint along again or later

MIXED MEDIA

Where paper, paint, texture, and curiosity come together.

Mixed media classes are about combining materials in unexpected ways and developing your visual voice. We explore layering, texture, and storytelling through materials.

  • One live mixed media workshop each month

  • Replay access and inspiration for future projects

OPEN STUDIO

A monthly gathering inside my creative process.

This is a relaxed, conversational session where I share what I’ve been working on, materials and products I’ve tried, creative experiments, and what’s coming next. Questions are welcome, but the focus is connection, inspiration, and creative momentum.
